We have a child-friendly area in our north transept for young children and their parents/carers to use during Sunday services. Probably most loved by children and families alike are our Wild Worship sessions in the churchyard (come rain or shine!) on third Sunday afternoons where we learn more about the beauty of God’s Creation. We also run Messy Church sessions jointly with Christ Church United Reformed Church about every 6 weeks usually on a Wednesday afternoon.
At All Hallows Eve we also hold events such as a “Spooky Saints” walk around the churchyard and supplying hot chocolate and goody bags where we try to share the Christian meaning of the day.
Our Crib Service, aimed at young families, is extremely popular with the local community, attracting a congregation of about 300 people, and we have also organised 2 advent window trails in Old Moulsham, where each house “opens” a numbered window each day.
